Staff:

Sarah Corneille, Executive Director (1/15/2022)

Sarah started working at BAGI as a volunteer in 2015.  She went on to work for BAGI as a Hot shop Instructor, Program Administrator, and Operations Manager. She is dedicated to BAGI’s Mission, to her staff, and the arts and glass community.  Sarah earned a BFA in Sculpture and Dimensional Studies and a Minor in Religious Studies at Alfred University (2000)

Erin Hoffman, Studio Coordinator (2/1/21)

Erin is an interdisciplinary artist with a focus in glass. She graduated with her BFA in glass-ceramics at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia (2015) then moved to Louisville, KY where she worked as the Departmental Assistant at the University of Louisville glass department from 2015-2018. Hoffman received her MFA in Sculpture and Dimensional Studies at Alfred University in New York (2020).

Valerie Pohorsky, Program Administrator (6/1/21)

Val began her glass journey at BAGI in 2003 when she completed her high school volunteer assignment at the Great Glass Pumpkin Patch and BAGI annual glass auction. She earned her BA at San Jose State University in Glass Arts and Photography and spent several summers as staff, student, and teacher’s assistant at Pilchuck Glass School in Washington state. Val is now a Fusing Instructor and Program Administrator at BAGI She enjoys staying connected the glass community and continuing her glass education while introducing people to the material.
